MAKING A PURCHASE
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on GoPlumbing.co.uk. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future use. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery within the UK. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. Making a order could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

DELIVERY
Dates and times quoted for delivery of goods are approximate and we cannot be liable for any delay however caused. If you are not there to receive your goods and a storage charge is made by the courier company it will be chargeable to you the customer. As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver to the address on the order and goods will not be left without a signature. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. We aim to deliver the following items within the time schedule listed

Please inspect goods thoroughly before signing if it is not possible sign the proof of delivery note as "unchecked". You must inform us in writing, via CONTACT US within 7 days of delivery if any goods are damaged or missing. We cannot accept liability for damaged goods if you do not inform us within 7 days. If we are not notified we are unable to claim from either the manufacturer or the carrier. You agree to indemnify us in full for any loss we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 7 days.

CANCELLATIONS
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days from date of delivery for credit or refund. It is your responsibility to return purchases in pristine condition in its unopened original box and packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of return delivery and safe return of the goods. Subject to claim validly and correctly notified in accordance with the Time Limitation for Notification of Claim paragraph of these terms, goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will either be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account or we reserve the right to levy a surcharge on such returned goods at a minimum 20% of the invoice price. If you do not return goods within 7 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, we reserve the right to arrange collection of the item from you and to charge you for such collection.
