I would give 4.5 stars but it is not possible. The -0.5 star for contact via phone which is not great. Make sure you will double confirm your day/time of booking to not be disappointed.This person knows what he is doing. My failure was fixed during an onsite visit. He fixed hot water as well, even if I was not asking for it. Generally I am a happy customer and have been left with the impression that my boiler works as expected 🙂
The reviews are all true! What a gem Jan is! Called him at 1pm with urgent boiler issue - no hot water or heating. He said he would be with us between 3-6pm but arrived early. He throughly checked the boiler to methodically discount things that could have caused the ignition failure. He eventually found it was due to a faulty ignition wire. He drove to local shop to purchase the part then came back and fitted it and it worked! We are now warm again and have hot water! Jan is honest, friendly, polite and very good at his job. His price of £69 plus parts (if needed) is also very reasonable. He is our new go-to boiler engineer for services and repairs! Thank you from very happy customers!
